Patient Qualifications

HelpCare Eligibility

We see patients by appointment only. In order to be seen at HelpCare, patients have to meet three qualifying criteria.

Residence

Serving patients who live or work in Nebraska.

Insurance

The patient cannot have health insurance in any form (including Medicaid or Medicare).

3

Income

The patient must earn an annual household income at or below 300% of the federal poverty level.
